Had a flat tire on a brand new trike. Fortunately I purchased the wheel and tire protection. Chi-Town Harley was the closest dealer and they couldnt have been more professional and courteous. They sent their trailer, picked up the trike, and I had it back within 2 days. Extremely pleased and satisfied with their service department. Thank You to all the service reps I dealt with.
